At UglyCute, we want you to love your new monster as much as we do. If for any reason your plushie isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy.

How it works:

• Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with tags attached.
• Process: Contact us at support@uglycute-3.myshopify.com with your order number to start a return.
• Refunds: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
